Unfortunatelly, the f-22 costs the same as 20 f-16's, so nope. Russia has the right idea. Build great fighter planes for dirt cheap. I love the su-27, su-33, and mig 29's, but I do wonder how would an su-33 would fair against a Euro Fighter, Rafael, F22, or even China's new giant size Euro Fighter copy crap.
