Description: In this video I try to put my meditation achievements into perspective Please do not hold me to the standard of an enlightened master or we will all be disappointed. I make no claims to be any sort of spiritual guru or healer. If anything I am an educator. I teach how to heal and master yourself. Something that for me is an continuously evolving process Although I can take breaks from it without coming apart mentally or emotionally I still practice meditation, mostly daily. I feel lucky to have survived myself and luckier still to have had such wonderful spiritual teachers. In the last decade I have been transformed by my practice into a far more capable and expressive being than I was before I started. So I leave the higher dimensional spiritual work to the next life as I have had quite enough to work on in this one. |
