Description: Someone asked me to show the difference between landfill and 4wheeler/farmer fender ladened materials. My answer is that I have become somewhat of an expert on this with thousands of still photos and some videos of materials tracked from Hyland. Yesterday at McDonalds in Wellsville I saw the difference quit clearly and easy its to explain. The conditions were similar due to the rain fall. There were two places in the parking lot where the materials dropped from fenders of vehicles and both had grass embedded in them. Maybe if I looked around a little more a Hyland employee vehicle could be found. Wood chips and stone verses grass. There has never been a denial of my photos or videos nor has there been enforcement of the permit to operate a landfill. Take your pick, who do you trust?
