DeadmanInc285 ::: Favorites Wrong! Yes when this happens you are required to kill the Elephant when it gets out of control. They are required to have a gun that can kill an Elephant in two shots. Here is where the circus and the cops really fucked up. They ignored the humane laws and opened fire on Tyke. It took almost 78 bullets to bring her down. It's just a stick with a very sharp curved metal blade that the trainers use to train and punish the Elephants. Those circus trainers use fear and brutality to keep the Elephants in line. The ones that shot Tyke were a combination of cops but mostly circus workers. Here is where they fucked up HUGE. They are required to have a gun that is capable of killing an elephant in two shots.
