looooved the video!! thanks 4 uploading!! I'm trying to be a vegan, but I live in mexico, and this idea hasn't spread out as far as in other places. It motivates me to reach my goal, even thought I'm alone at this, because family doen't understand this... by the way, I like the song, how is it called? I want to download it !! thanks for reading my comment and for taking some minutes of your time!!

That's the beauty of beging a vegan. You don't need products. Just fruits, vegetables and beans. Anything else you need, you can order from the internet. NO excuses necessary. Good luck.

Kate generally does a good job outlining her personal perspective, but she needs to be aware that the medical community, particularly noted cardiologists like Dean Ornish, will object strenously to her comments regarding coconut oil. Sure, it's sans trans fats, but it is still very high in saturated fat and should be used with moderation by anyone, and it should be avoided all together by those with heart disease. Dr. D

Wonderful video. I found the shopping trip the most informative, about touching, smelling and choosing your foods by hand without plastic. I think this should hold more power to how it is actually cooked. Something very beautiful about touching your foods, feeling it, seeing where it came from, watching natural light hit its flesh, and smelling in its ripeness. All in all amazing video, awesome job you are doing. VEGAN
