i like julie andrews. admire her roll in sound of music. but becoz i'm used to watch this The King and I film, i prefer the original audio from the film. that's to say, i prefer deborah kerr version.

Ok the woman singing is Julie Andrews, because her version of the song has been dubbed over the film. If you look up a video called 'Marni Nixon - Movie and TV Clips' you can see the version that appeared in the King and I, with Marni Nixon's voice from the 11 second point till the 30 second point.

the woman speaking isn't julie andrews, the lady singing is definitely her, unless it's a really good impersonator

All the dubbing was because of contract problems with the record labels and the movie studios- All three had beautiful voices but Marni was the only one who was free of the record contracts and could make the film. Julie couldn't be in the film version of My Fair Lady because of the same problem, thus Audrey Hepburn, who, I don't believe, was a singer at all.
