Me playing a traditional irish polka on my new tin whistle in D. I'm not very good since i've only been playing for four days now so don't tell me that i suck.

FOUR DAYS??? You're kidding, right? Many people are having trouble just covering the holes properly at that stage, let alone tackling a polka, and then playing it so nicely in addition to that. You, my dear, have talent. I would NEVER say that you suck (believe me, that's the LAST thing you want to do with a whistle -- nasty germs live in the windway. YUCK!!!) *grin* ~Megan

Ok, so my guess was right. ;-) One thing to keep in mind with the whistle is that it takes a LOT less air than a flute. It's really easy to unintentionally overblow it. -jcr
