meganmurphy1212 ::: Favorites FOUR DAYS??? You're kidding, right? Many people are having trouble just covering the holes properly at that stage, let alone tackling a polka, and then playing it so nicely in addition to that. You, my dear, have talent. I would NEVER say that you suck (believe me, that's the LAST thing you want to do with a whistle -- nasty germs live in the windway. YUCK!!!) *grin* ~Megan 07-05-07 23:24:41 _____________________________________________________
NSResponder ::: Favorites You may be new to the whistle, but it's clear that the fingering isn't competely unfamiliar. Do you play flute or piccolo already? -jcr 07-05-26 05:39:18 _____________________________________________________
Kittyhawk99 ::: Favorites yeah, i played the flute ever since seventh grade 07-05-27 23:54:32 _____________________________________________________
NSResponder ::: Favorites Ok, so my guess was right. ;-) One thing to keep in mind with the whistle is that it takes a LOT less air than a flute. It's really easy to unintentionally overblow it. -jcr 07-05-28 00:43:34 _____________________________________________________
tomtomscott ::: Favorites get an irish flute, they rule lol! 07-06-06 17:48:04 _____________________________________________________
RCherryman ::: Favorites Congrats on learning whistle so fast! I've played flute for years (more than I care to admit), and I hope I can learn whistle as fast as you. 07-06-26 07:14:53 _____________________________________________________
