It doesnt hurt the Shih Tzus..Thet actually like it..And how do you know if it truely hurts?The animal will be barking and crying if it hurts them.You did a excellent job on the Girls hair

I train them every day from they are some week old.
I use only positiv training, never ever I be angy!!!
Results are a good and friendly dog with a good and healty coat.

We always cut our Shih Tzu's coat real short.(not shaved). Afterwards he'd run around like a crazy dog, because he was so happy to get all that hair off. He seemed much happier with the short hair.
